Ingredients (for 1 large glass):
- 1 ripe banana
- Between 70 and 100g of blueberries
- Between 3 and 5g of blue spirulina powder
- 1 tablespoon of plain plant-based yogurt (or fromage blanc)
- 150 ml of plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut...)
- 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)
You can add a few ice cubes or keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes for a more refreshing drink.
Tip:
This smoothie can be consumed in the morning or as a snack during the day. For a lasting effect on the skin, you can have it 2 to 3 times a week.
