Your personal philosophy on beauty?
Today, I believe in a beauty that is simple, natural, and soothing. Beauty should be an extension of well-being, a moment to reconnect with oneself. I favor essential gestures—the ones that truly do good for both skin and spirit.

What does your ideal morning routine look like?
It is short and very intuitive. A gentle cleanse, effective hydration, and protection to start the day feeling fresh. Nothing superfluous: only what wakes up the skin and mind softly.

Your iSeelk must-haves?
Without a doubt, our silk pillowcases. They have transformed my nightly routine: they preserve hydration, reduce friction, and extend the effects of my skincare. It is a beauty ritual in its own right—silent, but incredibly effective.

What prompted you to create iSeelk?

How do you maintain a regular beauty routine in a busy daily life?
I’ve learned to simplify. A few well-chosen products, pleasant textures, and above all, a gentle consistency. When you stop overcomplicating things, you naturally become more regular. And then, silk helps me a lot: it works while I sleep.

A tip for improving one’s beauty ritual?

Hydration. A good serum or a suitable cream changes everything: radiance, suppleness, comfort. It is the foundation, the fundamental gesture.

When did you start paying real attention to your skin?
When my children grew up and I found time for myself again. I saw my skin react to stress and lack of sleep... Taking care of it became a moment of pause, almost meditative.

A gesture or product you have totally abandoned?
Beauty devices. I am not diligent enough, and I now prefer simple, effective skincare that easily integrates into my daily life.
