Recipe ingredients

• 2 ripe peaches
• 1 bottle of well-chilled champagne or Prosecco

• Start by peeling the peaches and removing the pits. Cut the peaches into small pieces.
• Place the peach pieces in a mixer or blender and blend until you get a smooth, even purée.
• Take some champagne flutes or cocktail glasses and pour a tablespoon of peach purée into each glass.
• Next, gently pour the well-chilled champagne or Prosecco into each glass, being careful not to let it overflow.
• Gently stir the mixture with a spoon to combine the peach purée and the champagne.
• Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing and sparkling cocktail!
